عجائب الدنيا الجديدة :
" الكولوسيوم " :
ويعرف بالكولوسيوم أو الكوليسيوم أو الكلوسيم أو مدرج " الفلافي " ، وهو عبارة عن مدرج روماني عملاق ، يقع وسط مدينة روما ، تم تشييده إلى الشرق من المنتدى الروماني .
تاريخ البناء :
يرجع تاريخ بناء المدرج إلى عهد الإمبراطورية الرومانية في القرن الأول الميلادي مابين 72 - 70 م ، تحت حكم الإمبراطور " فلافيو فسبازيان " ، وتم الإنتهاء من بناءه بشكل أساسي عام 80م ، وافتتح بشكل رسمي عام 81م .
الموقع :
يقع في مركز مدينة روما وتحديدا في شارع " بيازا ديل كولوسيو " ، وهو أكبر الهياكل المتبقية من الإمبراطورية الرومانية العريقة .
وصف المبنى :
إرتفاعه 48م ( ما يوازي إرتفاع 15 طابق ) ، يزوره سنويا مايقارب 2 مليون سائح من مختلف أنحاء العالم ، يتسع لحوالي 45000 مشاهد ، ويعتبر من أكثر الأماكن السياحية والتاريخية زيارة في العالم .
انهيار قسم من المبنى :
شهد المبنى الكثير من التغيرات على مر السنين فقد تعرض عدة مرات للزلازل والحرائق وعمليات النهب ، مما أدى إلى تدمير ثلثي حجم المبنى الأصلي ، إلا أنه لا زال إلى اليوم رمزا لمدينة روما القديمة والحديثة .

The collapse of the section of the building:
The building has undergone many changes over the years, it has been subjected several times to earthquakes, fires and looting, which has destroyed two-thirds of the size of the original building, but it is still to this day a symbol of the ancient and modern city of Rome.
