عجائب الدنيا الجديدة :
"هرم معبد تشيتشن إيتزا ":
الموقع :
وهي مدينة أثرية كبيرة ، بنيت من قبل شعب المايا في فترة ما قبل " كولومبوس " ، يوجد الموقع الأثري في بلدية " تينوم " في ولاية " يوكاتان " في المكسيك .
الإكتشاف :
تم إكتشاف هذه المدينة على يد عالم الآثار الأمريكي " إدوارد هربرت تومبسون " ، عندما تسلق هرم المدينة في إحدى الليالي ، وكان مغطى بالنباتات بشكل كامل ، لتتبين معالم الهرم بشكل أكثر وضوحا في صباح اليوم التالي .
أهم آثار المدينة :
1 ) - البئر .
2 ) - الهرم .
3 ) - القبة .
4 ) - القبور .
السياحة :
يعتبر من أهم المواقع الأثرية وأكثرها جذبا للزوار في المكسيك وللسياح الأجانب ، حيث وصل عدد زوار الموقع لأكثر من 2 مليون سائح في عام 2016م ، وقد تم إختيار الموقع من عجائب الدنيا الجديدة .

"Pyramid of The Temple of Chichen Itza ":
Site:
A large archaeological city, built by the Mayan people in the pre-Columbian period, the archaeological site is located in the municipality of "Tenum" in the state of Yucatan " in Mexico.
Discovery:
This city was discovered by the American archaeologist Edward Herbert Thompson, when he climbed the city pyramid one night, and was completely covered with plants, to see the features of the pyramid more clearly the next morning.
The most important monuments of the city:
1) - Well.
2) - Pyramid.
3) - Dome.
4) - Graves.
Tourism:
It is considered one of the most important archaeological sites and attracted visitors in Mexico and to foreign tourists, where the number of visitors to the site reached more than 2 million tourists in 2016, the site has been chosen from the new wonders of the world.
