دولة سورينام :
تقع شمال قارة أمريكا الجنوبية ، يحدها من الشرق غيانا الفرنسية ومن الغرب غيانا ومن الجنوب البرازيل ومن الشمال المحيط الأطلسي .
أصغر دول أمريكا الجنوبية بمساحة قدرها 165000 كم مربع وبعدد سكان وصل ل 575991 نسمة وفق إحصائيات2018م ، والديانة المسيحية هي الأوسع انتشارا تليها الإسلامية بنسبة 20% .
تتنوع مظاهر سطحها بين سهل ساحلي مستنقعي وهضبة مركزية كثيفة بالسافانا وغابات وكثبان رملية ، وأطول انهارها نهر " ماروني " .
الاقتصاد يعتمد على انتاج البوكسيت واستخراج الذهب والزراعة والسياحة لتمتعها بالعديد من المعالم السياحة والمنشآة مثل ناطحات السحاب والفنادق الشهيرة .
